Repetitive Strain Injuries

Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is known by many names: carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive stress injuries, repetitive motion injuries, repetitive motion disorder (RMD), cumulative trauma disorder (CT) occupational overuse syndrome, overuse syndrome, regional musculoskeletal disorder, non-specific arm pain, work related upper limb disorder (WRULD), cubital tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, blackberry thumb, the list actually goes on and on.

All of these are basically considered to be caused by using a joint too much.

This is not really the cause of the problem.  The cause of the problem is using the joint incorrectly.  Our joints are made to go and go and go just like the energizer bunny with an endless supply of batteries.

The ReCAPS System™ can and has been resolving these types of problems for years.  Our joints are amazing and when not abused, should not cause us any pain.  A part of the ReCAPS System™ is to make you aware of your body and how it will do all the tasks you set before it, if you just follow a few simple rules of body mechanics.

ReCAPS™ relieves the pain and then gives you the awareness you need to do what you need or want to do without having any future pain.  Be aware that the secret is not in an ergonomically correct chair, or work station but in how you move and work within all the environments whether you’re at work, at home, at a friend’s, or with family.

If you resolve a symptom without changing the cause little has been accomplished.  ReCAPS™ resolves it all.
